A unique varietal wine with a velvety and deep burgundy purple hue. The aroma is extremely rich, of ripe red fruits, spices, smoked wood, tobacco leaves and vanilla. The taste is deep and fruity and the palate is pungent while the finish is long and round.
Grapes – 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Barrel – 28 months, French oak barrels.
It can be aged in the bottle for another 10 years
Alcohol- 14%
Serving temperature – 16-17°, the wine must be opened at least an hour before serving
To drink with – Smoked beef, meat, fish and casserole dishes
